Sprintit Balanced Scorecard

Balanced Scorecard is a methodology for defining organization KPI's in general and also on personal level. This module defines a mechanism for defining KPI's in terms of Odoo data, and also for manually for KPI's that can not be derived straight from data.

• BSC Measure - the fundamental KPI item, that has target and actual value, in time (monthly, quartely)
• BSC Period - the periods over with calculation is done
• BSC Result - a measure's result over a period
• BSC Scorecard - personal scorecard, which is a collection of measures and their results defined per period.
